I perform services that extend beyond what Mechandise Repairs or even Computer Stores can offer.  You need someone like me when they can't help.

Examples are:

You brought a new replacement computer, but now you need to transplant all your personal information from the old into the new.

You finally got your self-install DSL package, but you really need a technician to install and set it up properly.

You brought new hardware that requires internal installation and you don't want to drag the computer into the store.

You're moving, but you don't want the furniture movers to handle your computer seutp.

You've decided that it's time to network the office computers together.

Perform periodic backups of important personal data and system setups.
