Your host and coordinator of Tao Systems is Charles Mancillas, a 30 year veteran of the ongoing cyber wars (I've got my Altair 8008 pc-boards to prove it).

Software Systems Engineer/Analyist with 25 yrs experience in Contract R&D for govermental and industrial agencies. I've been involved with various projects such as digital image processing, slave/parrallel/array processors, realtime simulations, custom gui/script languages, and robotic/human interface controls.
